By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

5. Playground and AI Features

Our Playground and demo AI tools are provided for evaluation and demonstration. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for production use. You are solely responsible for how you use any generated content.

• Do not rely on Playground outputs as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• Do not submit confidential, personal, or regulated data unless we have agreed in writing
• We may rate-limit, modify, suspend, or discontinue Playground features at any time
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or continued availability of demo features

6. Intellectual Property

The website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, code, and other content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Bushra Technology & Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

Project deliverables created for clients under separate agreements are subject to the ownership and license terms in those agreements.

7. User Content

If you submit content through forms, email, or Playground inputs ("User Content"), you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use User Content as needed to operate our services, respond to you, and improve our offerings, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the website, excluding separately contracted client work, will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for website-related services in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bushra Technology & Services from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or any feature at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

13. Governing Law
